House Rental in Orlando?

There will be 4 of us traveling to Orlando in May and it looks like it would be cheaper to rent a home instead of staying in two hotel rooms.  Does anybody know about Florida Choice rental homes?  They look on the up-and-up, but we want to be sure we don't get stuck with a dump.  Their 3-bedroom town houses would work for us.

I don't know about that one, but we have some friends who have used www.cyberrentals.com or www.cyber-rentals.com many times and have always been pleased. They have almost decided that they prefer to rent homes instead of hotels. You often have your own pool, you have much more space, and sometimes it is just nice to feel that you can stay in and relax and not be in a small hotel room. Also, you have the freedom of preparing your own food if you want. They have even used this site to rent villas in Barbados. That is one of their favorite places. I know that they were quite pleased when they rented the home near Orlando. They were about 5 or 10 miles from Disney and it worked out great.
