How To: Posting Pictures/Member Picture Gallery

Each member has their own picture gallery to upload as many pictures as they want within the 10MB limit. To do this click on Profile, then View Users Gallery, or click the "Member's Gallery" link below your avatar, then at the top click Upload File. Browse for the photos you want to upload and select them and click continue. Once the upload was successful click continue again. Now you can name your picture(s) and give a description (if you want, it's not required). Once you have done this click continue again and you are done!

Also, you can post pictures in threads by attaching them to the post on the post creation page.

Clifford has been trying to post pictures of his new wheels. We currently have 3 pics in our gallery totally 685 kb. The new pics (with our new digital camera) are about 1.5 mb each. We keep getting an error message saying the files are too big. (BTW we are doing this over a T1 line.) Any suggestions?

Mike, the size limit on any individual picture is 1MB, can you reduce the size and/or resolution to get the pictures to fit within that size restriction?

Thanks for your help but I still am unable to upload the option is not there for me.
I guess I will not be able to upload photos then.I go to the members gallery,and there is no optiuon for me to add photos all is says is an empty gallery for me.

So all the way at the top it doesn't have these options?

KARI, JUST TO SAY I HAVE MANAGED TO UPLOAD SOME PHOTOS AD LONG LAST. THOUGH I HAD FOLLOWED INSTRUCTION AND NO PAGE APPEARED I STUMBLED ACROSS IT BY CHANCE AFTER FIDDLING AROUND, SO THERE WILL BE NO STOPPING ME NOW.
