Well, I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years, own part of a real estate company and develop land and build new houses and I don't have a clue!!   
I'll ask some of our Agent's, but in our area, I've not seen those intials for anything.  Email me the whole ad and maybe I can firgure it out!   :scratch:
