Title: Life as a single man
Post by: Roberta on March 28, 2014, 12:53:43 AM
 by Oliver.............................
Not so good, Iz is a bit down and I really really don't like when mom leaves for a while. Dad had me for the day when mum went ot the dentist............did the sit on the sofa and sulk , then kept running to sit at the front windows. then kept going out the doggy door and checking mums work room.................then it was 730 am and I bark to tell dad he had to get up and feed me.
Mum and dad are trying to find me a girlie, nearly had one but they did not want to shift her interstate...................
Also tumbled out Aunty Janies truck, mum opened the door and I was leaning against it.............Im Ok now...............but that got me a LOT of attention.
Oliver the loney

mum here, he is a bit better but I think he just misses cuddling up next to her, and he has always been the needy one. We nearly had a 7 year old wire hair, but they decided they wanted her to stay in NSW.
He literally tumbled out of the 4X4 we go up bush driving with the ponies and we drop him off home on the way, both us knw he was on the front seat, but failled to realize he  was leaning on the door..now that was a heart starter.

Poor little Ollie.  It really does sound like you need another 4 legged friend to keep you well cuddled and occupied.   We are sure wee Amy- angel will be helping your Mum and Dad find the right companion for you.
Do be careful when you are in the front seat and tell your Mummy to put your harness seatbelt on from now on.
We really feel for you because we even go into full panic mode if we lose sight of each other.
Shame about the little wiry lady.

Poor Ollie.  Looks like he surely needs a pal.  Keep on trying and I'm sure with Amy's help you'll find the right one.

Awww...poor guy.   Maybe he needs a new friend?   The Dog-a-pult certainly should be taking aim!

We had one of those heart attack moments with Zora.   Our deck has those stairs that have the spaces between them.   We were sitting on the stairs and Zora was trying to make herself comfortable.   She started backing up, but her backside went through the slots.  We turned around to see Zora hanging on for dear life with her front paws.   I was able to quickly snag her before she fell through.   Zora is a sweetie, but like Ollie, the elevator doesn't always go to the top floor.

They sure give moms & dads heart checks at times glad you could save her.
