Title: Dear Guinness . . .
Post by: Doxherding Karen on August 11, 2013, 05:22:20 AM
  :angel4: A long, long time ago . . .

A young man walked into my life. He had a kind of swagger - kind of like Popeye the Sailor Man. He became my best friend, my little Stud Muffin, my Guinness.

After many years of loyalty, devotion, laughter & love, Guinness went to the Rainbow bridge on Thursday, August 8th. He was 18 years old.

As the Tin Woodsman said: "Now I know I have a heart - because it's breaking." :crybaby2:

So sorry Karen. No words will help but the time will come when the memories of the times of joy will eclipse your sorrow. Our thoughts are with you.

So very sorry to hear of your loss.  We shall all miss him very much and understand what a huge hole such a tiny man will have left in your life.  Or thoughts are with you.

I am late in seeing this, but I am sorry for your loss.  We all mourn Guinness, especially if any of our beloved dachsies have gone on before.
