Does "owned by Sgt.,Libby,Koby and Tiff" mean that they have a forever home?   :headbang:

I still have not fully made my decision, but I think they are staying.  They are so happy and content, that I would hate to move them again.  Tiff has actually started playing some (finally) and Koby has started playing with toys a little.  We are still working on training with them.  They are fully housebroken (or as housebroken as a doxie can be), and now will sit on command if you have a treat in your hand.  Koby can even tell time.  About 5:15 every evening he goes into the kitchen and starts to push the food bowls around telling me it is dinner time.  If I don't respond right away, then he jumps in my lap and puts his face about 6 inches from mine and just stares at me.  If I still ignore him, he goes back to the bowl and makes more noise with it.  This will go on and on until I get up and feed him.  It can get pretty comical.   Tiff (the tank) just wants to be in your lap.  As long as she can sit with you, she is happy as can be.  She is really serious though and Sgt and Libby are determined to get her to play with them. Libby is the worst and will just bug her until she gets growled at.  Then she waits a few minutes and then starts again.  It is like having a house full of little kids!

This just makes me SMILE!!!
You know...every day you have them is a day closer to keeping them. That's why I don't foster anymore, I got burnt out, it broke my heart to let them go and I could have easily had a houseful. (Hallie is destined to be an only child LOL). I keep trying not to think back on the old posts before you got them...it makes me seeth. The important thing is they are going to be OK forever now, I love hearing how their personalities are blooming and how they are coming out of their shells. Sgt and Libby are being wonderful!!!Koby's dinner antics crack me up.  :2funny: You and Eric are incredible!!! :hello2:

Joby sounds like Sam, if I don't get dinner in the bowl at the right moment I too hear the dish moving.  However, the boys have Stainless dishes and Sam will bang his against the wall when it's time to eat.  And if the water bowl is empty that gets bumped against the cabinet.

When Eddie came to live with me 10 years ago he didn't know how to play and Sully Angel would try to instigate a game, but Eddie was content to be on my lap and cuddled.  Eddie also took on the responsibility of watching over Snicker kitty, who was not yet socialized.   Today Eddie still doesn't play much, but is still my love bug and cuddles all the time.  Oh oh there goes the dish again.

Anyway so glad the furkids have found a great forever home - you and Eric are definitely angels in disguise.

I can really relate to the statment about having a houseful of little kids.  They crack me up all the time.  They will pester each other to play, steal each others's toys and vie fo my attention.  I love it!  I can't imagine my life without my four babies.

Max does the "telling time" routine as well.  Every day, right around 5 PM, he starts barking.  The problem is that each day, he starts his routine just a bit earlier...he's probably cueing off the daylight (or lack thereof) for when it's time for him to feed.
