Title: This is not one of our doxies BUT its a found special needs dog.

I hope this link I am trying to post works.  Found it in FB. 
The dog is a chihuahua, found in Macon, Georgia area.  The dog is in a cart and it does not look like a cheap one.  So thinking someone must have cared a lot for this dog. 

Was wondering if any of the groups that deal with cart dogs might be able to help.

Poor little mite, thank goodness he is in safe hands now, hope somebody puts his cart the right way round too and that his owners turn up soon.  I know we would be frantic if he was ours.

If you find out what has happened and can let us know we would be ever so pleased, I can't follow the newslinks from overseas, I' d love to know he has been reunited with his family.
