Welcome to the board. I'm from Canada (Ontario) and owned by a naughty little shaded red named Peter Parker. We call him Parker, and nosey parker as he always has his nose in something. It's a good thing he is so darn cute, it takes the edge off the trouble he gets in.
Greetings from Pennsylvania and Florida! We travel between locations several times each year and our mini dachshunds navigate along with us! We have had 6 dachshunds in our life, currently we live with two red smooth haired ones, Ella and Ernie. We have had 2 rescue dogs; toby was in need of real help. Never knew human love as he was kept caged and fed every third day as he was only used as a stud dog. The other, Mia, was a bit skiddish around all and would not even come out of her crate until urged out by our daughter. All our children currently have dachshunds and Christmas will find us all together with 8 miniature smooth dachshunds!
