Title: oLlIe's adventures at day care and overnight
Post by: Ruth in MT on August 18, 2012, 03:25:19 PM
My son and his family, complete with in-laws,  were here for a week. We enjoyed trips to Glacier National Park and to the Canada side of Waterton Park.
I was actually afraid to have Mr. Oliver home with everybody .... he isn't the best social pup. Eight people in his house would be overwhelming.
I found a small dog day care and they agreed to keep him both day and night.  IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER !  They said oLlIe played and played and played and played and played and played and played. NO problems.  One of the girls took him home at night .... and he slept with her rabbit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I swear he is a changed little dog.  Much less territorial. And more friendly to everybody... people and dogs.
I plan to take him back there every once in a while for play group.
What a dog, MY OLIVER !

This is a picture of Prince of Wales Hotel in WatertonPeace Park. The Canadian side of Glacier National Park ...V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N !

Wow!  This is great!!!  He played with a BUNNY??????  Remember Ollie.  You are a DACHSHUND!  Dachshunds eat bunnies......or at least that's my Bonnie's motto.  So glad things turned out well Ruth.  Your FB pictures of the Glaciers were lovely!

wow - vacations are better than staycations (unless you have no choice)!   Beautiful piccies.  Brekke says to tell Ollie that she wouldn't play with a bunny - it's prey!
