I have a friend whose daughter takes her doxie to the chiropractor. She says the chiropractor pulls on the tail firmly and curls the tail under her behind. Has anyone ever taken their doxie to the chiropractor? I was wondering the effect this has on improving the back? She takes him as a precautionary thing. Although the doxie as had back pain in the past.
One would think the Doxie is not liking the tail being pulled and is trying to convey that message the only way he or she can one would think it might cause damage depending on how hard the tail is being pulled. ? Know with the Tellington touch method of Canine massage they move the tail very gently it is very interesting to watch the tape now out in DVD and some books.
No I have not heard of anyone taking said long ones to a chiro.......................but as one who has had arthritis since 17........................not a good idea if said joint has no cushioning said joint is working bone to bone equaling PAIN.
ms Mooooooooooooooo AKA Amy goes to Bowen as a unwind, so also owner...............it works for me, have not had conversaion with "she who thinks, she should be obeyed" but she seems happier, (Barry she has had back surgery.) Bowen manipulates muscle,tendons etc.
