I can't remember the last time I posted a new message here. I've had a lot going on-a little bit of heartbreak and a lot of family issues. I ended up deciding toward the end of summer last year that Cricket wasn't maturing as I hoped, and I placed her in a loving forever home. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do-to be so attached to a dog, and give her up. But she's out in the Seattle are with her new human best friend, and two boy dachsies to boss around, and she's very happy. Then my dad had a stroke in January, and a cousin committed suicide a few weeks back. Very rough beginning to 2012, to say the least. I'm crossing fingers that this year improved drastically with the coming of spring! Anyhow, I still have Winston, Murphy, Reilly and Millie, and Junie belongs to my mom, and she's here too. Millie's going to be spayed once the family situation calms down. Here's a few pictures for fun.

Good to hear from you. Well, I met Cricket has her new family wrapped around her paw and those two BOY dachsies are most likely at her beck and call. I bet she is having a ball!
So sorry about your sad news. I sure hope the sun shines more in your life as the year rolls on.
Thanks for the cute pics of your kids. See ya around!
Thanks for sharing the gorgeous piccies to brighten our day. I´m so sorry to hear what a rotten start to 2012 you have had, you certainly deserve everything to be brighter from now on, I really hope your Dad is recovering well too. Loads of dachsie snuggles are great medicine for all and any woes I always find. Sounds like you found a wonderful home for Cricket although you will surely miss her a lot.
