Title: Hello from Patty, Willy & Alex
Post by: PattyInAK on November 09, 2011, 04:27:09 PM
Hi Everyone, thank you for being concerned about us.  We are not near the horrible weather they are getting on the west coast of Alaska.  We are in the southcentral region and we are doing just fine.  We had about a foot of snow over the past week, and some wind, but nothing major or out of the ordinary.  I am very concerned about the folks in western Alaska, that is where a lot of the native villages are and those guys have little enough without the weather beating the heck out of them.
We are all doing well up here.  The horses, Neeki and Patches, are all fuzzy with their winter coats.  The weener dogs prefer to stay curled up next to the woodstove.   Dan and I are enjoying retirement and hanging out with our neighbors.

Glad you are all doing great.  Danni says she would like to come lay by the fire an snooze with the boys.

Good to hear from you, Patty.  My little Bonnie would adore having a wood stove!  She has laid claim to the futon and if she comes up missing in the house, that's usually where we can find her, buried under the blankies.
