Jamie went to his first show with his own new harness and won reserve champion, mum and Aunty jane are over da moon. Jamie says he was over it by lunch as it rained most of the time.

9 hours of harness cleaning, Jane repainted the rims of the cart wheels with a fine brush, 3 hours of horse washing. making a list and checking it twice AND IT RAINED for most of the day. when we were sitting through the tradesmans turnout it heaved it down and you have to just sit and stare ahead while the judge takes everyone individually through a set of routines. Jane and I were shaking with the cold. We were off the arena in a flash and as Jamie is 19 we looked after him first off came the harness a rub down and rugs on and dinnie.
BUT HE GOT Reserve Champion, plus some other placing and he took me through novice driver and I won. Nick took these.

I wish you were there to as its Nick behind the lens and he has the addage that more is better........................but he did a good job and also took some video.
