Finished another one...an Aussie named Sophie. 8 x 10 acrylic on gessoboard. Always nice to get one done and start on a new one. :thumb:
Wow! So life like. When I was growing up, we had a super sweet Aussie named Mindy. Her best trick was to scoot between your legs when you were standing so that she could get some scritches.
Hey DD, do you still have the Hallie plate in stock? Email me with info if you do. We'd like to purchase one.

WOW! Another great job Dee Dee. You did your normal remarkable painting. Beautiful! Thanks for sharing. I love seeing your paintings.

Fantastic Dee Dee, I don't know how you do it. Some lucky people are about to get a great painting.

ps have to admit I've never seen one of these in Australia
I didn't know you had an Aussie growing up Sandi! My Aunt had an aussie mix named Mindy also. Love the betweeen the legs trick LOL good thing she wasn't realllly tall huh!
That's nice of you wanting a Hallie plate!! The company commissions me for the drawings and I also get one free plate of every one I do, (and as you can imagine my Hallie one is on the wall here :) so I don't have additional plates to sell or get a cut of the ones they do, but you can order them at www.laurelwoodplates.com.
Thanks Darcel and Hilde! Glad to have another one done.
LOL Roberta, that's because they originated in the USA. Go figger!
So very life like great work.Patches Mom
Great work Dee Dee, impressive as always! ;)
Simply gorgeous !!! I am always dumbstruck at the detail in your paintings....each and every hair :thumb:
Thanks, I am never happy with them when just done, I am actually tweaking her eyes a bit yet...
