I went to a Hallo Wiener event today, and one of the winners on the races was a wirehaired Dachshund, which the guy described as a "wirehaired Dashound, very weird looking..." I thought about going there and telling him what was really weird - a person participating at a Dachshund event that does not know how to pronounce the name of the breed, and that does not know about all the species of the breed - but thought it was better to leave instead... :BangHead:
