O-L-I-V-E-R .... out in the neighbor's yard ....... brought us a mouse. I couldn't get it out of his mouth ... so he ate it ...Of course! :eeew: :eeew: :eeew: :eeew: :eeew: :eeew: :eeew: :eeew: :eeew: :eeew:
Hamberger buns, pizza, butter, sour cream, chicken taken off the counter, snacks left on an end table, 2 birds and a mouse. Since he was 5 when I got him I wonder what his all time score really is ?
Did it taste like cheese? - Danni wonders.
LOL - He is a Scavenger.Boy for sure :thumb:
My! What a hearty appetite Ollie has. :eeew: This reminds me of Truman, my favorite Golden Retriever, who is my friend's dog. Truman was on a hike with his hooman mama and papa. He spotted a dead rat and proceeded to capture it in his mouth. He, too, swallowed it down but not before the picture was taken...wish I had it. You can see the tail dangling out of his mouth. And no, he didn't get sick on Mr. Dead Rat. Doggers have cast iron tummies!
Really Sir Ollie. What next?
Could be he was out on his own awhile so he isn't going to count on getting food from humans all the time.Or he is a genuine hunting dog.Shopping list breath spray for dog.-check.
That mouse surely gave huge points for your hunter, bless!
Ruth he must be fast................and at least he shares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The spirit of Loki-dawg is smiling down on you my boy. :angel4:
I called the woman who gave oLlIe to me to ask if she knew what his hunting record was. She said that she had heard about a rabbit (http://serve.mysmiley.net/animals/animal0030.gif) (http://www.mysmiley.net) ,but didn't know any more than that.
I figure that if he is going to live in Montana ... he may as well be a hunter.
