because Robinton had a mole on his left foreshoulder that I've been keeping an eye on. Monday, it looked red instead of brown, and when I got home yesterday and looked him over, it looked like a welt to the right of it. We zipped over to the vet, and she recommended a section be removed, but wasn't sure if a needle would draw enough off, so I asked if we couldn't just get it removed and have the biopsy done then, so within an hour of getting there, he was back in my arms as we awaited his pain prescription. He has an e-collar, and 14 days of pain meds. I am letting him sleep in a dog bed, but I am putting him in the ex-pen during the day so nodog can lick or bother the stitches and site. He's been such a cuddler, and he definitely looks glassy-eyed about 20 minutes after his 1/4 pill!
awwwwwww. glassy-eyed, but on the mend. :bandaid: get well, dude. And milk it for all you can get!
What a brave little man...............and brave mum. Well your sissies can play nursie nursie for a few days.

Ouchie! I hope your mole is not a bad mole. Hope you milked it good Mr. Robinton. (from Bonnie)
Dr. Reid called us at 6:30 from HER home, where she had just gotten his update! It was some kind of non-cancerous mole, with two names, which I promptly forgot in relief at hearing it was benign! Auntie Brenda came over to check on our patient late this afternoon, and he was thrilled to see her. I have to remember to scratch his neck, because his e-collar itches. He is medicated and sleeping on a nearby pillow.
Rays & Hugs hoping for a speedy recovery,Patches & Buddy Papbouv
Good news! I'll bet you are relieved. Here's to a quick recovery for Robinton.
