Mom and Auntie Jane went on there first Ag show. Da gotta lot of thirds and a couple of seconds and auntie jane won before her teacher in best whip.hehehehe to uncle joe.

This was a toe inthe water of what we hope to do the big ones come athe end of the year and Lommond and Jamie will hopefully both go. Jamie did us proud, a freind loaned us the show harness and it took us 5 hours to clean then if you think washing a dog is messy, think again....not a happy clydesdale then we had to purple rinse his legs.
Jamie or to give him his new titile BrackenBrae Jamie made Jane and I cry when we saw the photos as he has come a long way since Oct all 4 stone and a lot of LOVE and to wait till you are 18 to get your first show ribbon.
Jane found out the other week he can shft round which means the cart stays in one place and he goes side ways leg over leg and stops when you wnat him to, no turning circle. Treat was 2 kilos of dinner and a kilo of apples and some ccarrots plus lucrene on the way home.
This what he looked like on 25 oct last year..................his whole demeanor has changed. He used to pull a big wagon of tourist to see Koalas, then they stopped the business, so they cut his rations.............
We can find no registation marks but to us he is James and a stunner. Yesterday we had to work our way through jump horses all going nuts and one woman, came out and said your frightening our horses, Jane halted Jamie and told him to stand and calmly said "this is the way to the gate, to get into the arena, and we have to go this way. And Lady what is between the shafts........yes a horse, and he is not going nuts like the 50 around him" . and we calmly walked on. We could almost hear Jamie going hehehe take that..............

He sure is handsome bet he loves pulling the lite cart over the heavy wagon he knows he landed in butter so he is going to be on his best behavior. As far as the lady telling you to take him away from the horses acting up if at a show the horses should behave just like at a dog show.Some of the little dogs freak out over a big dog being around same thing Patches just looks at little dogs like what is your problem. When we are out on the scooter and the little dogs go nuts over Buddy.He sure has filled out and looks great but he was happy over the apples & carrots.

Its a type of hay high in Nitrogen in the form of protein. So to them its like giving us scotch filet steak not BBQ.

sort of he was the one when we put him in the yard, a quiet old man, the two youngsters ran down the hill to the fence and Jamie double barrelled at the back and kick out an the front and took out the fence.
