We hear your area's getting the worst of this monster storm. Be safe! Stay warm!
The snow started Tuesday at about 1 p.m. blowing from the EAST (kinda odd). We closed the office an hour early and set out for our homes. It only took me 1.5 hrs which is an extra 30 min from normal. The roads were pretty empty. Guess the folks in Oswego mostly stayed home. The ferocious winds blew all night (35-45 mph) and the last I heard we have around 17 inches of snow. Drifting, of course, makes for more difficulties. The office is officially closed today. Temps are supposed to drop below zero tonight and the wind keeps on keeping on.
Here is my new friend, the Whirling Dirvish, who blew in on the wings of the wind.
Holy Crow!!!
Glad to hear you are safe and sound!
