Um . . . just to mention . . . :thinik:
we iz NOT setters,so we don't point (an' Auntie Karen sayz it's rude);
we iz NOT German short-haired retrievers;
we iz NOT shepherds, so don' 'pect us to herd anyone!
Dachshunds rule, others drool. (With envy, of course. Who wouldn't want our life?)
Guinness :headbang:
Oh my gosh what a beautiful bird! What is it, do you have a lot of them there? Amy was such a good girl maybe she was in shock it was so close and it left her speechless! :grin:
it is a King Parrot we have them around usuually sitting on the washing line, but never next to the door, we think someone may be feeding him, which you are not meant to do as it makes them reliant on humans.
Amy was good, she came in and walked arond the bench and saw it and just walked and plonked herself down and watched.
All of my dachsies learned they couldn't catch those flying things. Rudy came the closest (see my Christmas Bird story). Most of the time they would make half-hearted feints towards a bird just to get it to fly off. Zeke actually got dive-bombed by a Robin that thought he was getting too close to her fledgling.
That's so colorful and adorable bird, and just amazing Amy just give a friendly stare at it..
WOW - what vibrant colors !!! Beautiful !
Good girl Wee Amy for just looking :wink:
That's a gorgeous bird :thumb: Good girl, Amy. Pixie would have made this poor bird's life miserable with her yapping.
