dis is Parker: I has competed in 3 races. Da first race was berry scarry. Everybody was cheerin and hollerin. I just stayed put till my Momma come and got me. Momma held me up to da cwod and everybody cheered so I fink I got first place.
Da next year I competed again, but dere was a distraction on da track. Dere was a pupper behaving "beastly". Everybody was laughing. Momma yelled "Don't watch Parker", but it was too late, I watched. I was in counsellin all year.
Dis year I raced again. But I lost twack of my Momma and I ran to da lady wif da squeaker.
So I guess I got one first place, and 2 "experience" runs.
I know you will do good Mr. Wilson. Just stay focused.

Thank You one and all...

Wilson seems to be having a great time with every run he makes. It's like a game to him. And he's always been a runner for sure. Last year at the races it was the starting box that scared him.  He would scratch scratch at the box to get out, then when the door popped open it would startle him and he would flinch and hesitate...then take off like a shot. This year my neighbor built a starting box for me and he's doing really well with it.

I'm really just hoping to generate some publicity for DRNA

win, lose or draw, Mr. Wilson will always be a winner in my eyes.

and coming home with a trophy and bragging rights wouldn't hurt one bit.

Parker you are one bery cool dude. I dunno how you coped wif all dat stuff. If my mamma was missin I would be bery worried about her and iffin I saw dat beastliness goin on I would be so enbaressed I fink I wood just go back in dat box and wait for mamma to come wescue me. I fink Ivy wood have more fun at dose races tho she woold proberly just want to be beastly in front of eberbuddy <shakes head>.

I'm gonna leeve all dat running to you Parker and Mr Wilson, you guys are reel afleets. Good luck Mr Wilson xxxxx
