She flew in from Texas just 9 days before you-know-what!
I remember Brekke's arrival, but not the "you know what". I know it wasn't your birthday.
I assume it was a ref to 9/11 :dontknow:
You are probably correct.
Happy Gotcha Day Brekke! Max is wanting to know when he will get to see he sweetie again. :love10:
Happy Gotcha Day Brekke!
On the morning of 9/11, our doorbell rang at 5:15 AM. Apparently, someone's dachsie got out and they thought it was ours. The man said "I have your black dacshshund". In my half-asleep haze, I had to go back and count the dogs in our bed...all three were there. I told the man that we did not own a black dachshund. He then left.
I thought "Man, am I going to have a story to tell at work today". Obviously, other events shortly eclipsed it.
Dang - Brekke - I missed your Gotcha Day yesterday....I know mom and dad made it special !!!!
 Smoochies sweet girl !
Yes, Aunties Nikki and Barb, Uncas Mike, David C., and Drew - I had a fabulous gotcha day! I got the first piece of rotisserie chicken on my Gotcha Day, and a bit yesterday, but today I get the motherlode - Momma says there is a sirloin tip roast baking now, and I get the first piece of it, too - so I am thinking that the Gotcha Day meat is gonna be better than the Birthday scrambled eggies!
Smoochies to Max, and I dunno when we'll be in TEXAS next, but I'm giving Momma the L@@K! :2funny:
