I received this note from one of my friends on FB:

MARK SIMONE Facebook now has your telephone number available for anyone to see. It's listed in a section called "Phonebook". To find out if your number is there go to account in the upper right, then to "edit friends". Go to the left side of your screen and click Phonebook. You can take your number & other info out of public record by b...y changing your privacy settings...Privacy Settings, Phone - Customize - only me.

part of the reason that I am not not any of those sites. Nothing is private......................Also with mobiles you should set it so it cannot be seen with global positioning that also with some cameras.

I agree entirely, Roberta, I would never participate in social networking sites and prefer personal to be personal. Wiener writings is, of course, entirely different!
