Meghan has now been going to Weight Watchers for one year. She has lost 67lbs so far and has about 40 to go to reach her goal (she actually added 20 lbs to her goal recently or she would be a lot closer!). I took some new pictures this weekend and thought I would share a couple of them. I also have one from last July, which really shows the difference. Even Meghan was amazed at how much she has changed. I told her that with the new hairstyle and confidence, she has completely moved from the look of a grad student to a professional.
Tell her congratulations keep up the good work easier to take it off when young than when older.
congratulations, and keep at it you'll reach your goal. Tell her she looks great.

She's looking great!! Good for her!! :apls:
That is no small task to accomplish
Now
Time to hit the weight room because I'll tell you exactly what the problem is...lose weight without weight training and you lose muscle as well. Meaning...if you ever fall off that "diet" you"ll pack the fat on twice as fast and It will be twice as hard to lose again.
oh so much I could tell you about diets and exercise...
Well done! That´s a lot of weight and she is looking lovely. I agree with JetEd about the muscle (been there, done that and got it wrong in the past) please give Meghan our congratulations too, she should be very proud of her achievement.
I will definitely pass on the congratulations. She has joined the Y where she lives. There is one close to where she works that she goes to when she gets off, and another one near her house for the weekends. She would love to join a fitness center they have there, but doesn't want to make a two year commitment to a place that only has one location in the area (and for less than that she has to pay a year up front). They Y there is okay, she just loved the equipment at the other place. At least she has a pool at the Y!
Good for her! She's a beautiful girl either way but the new pics really do show her stunning.
