 Porky Pie
Porky, if your mom is working from home, you'll just adjust to her schedule. You'll be happy to have her home all the time, I bet. Since doggies sleep most of the time even during the day, you might not even notice much of a difference :2funny:
Porky Pie you are so darn cute and it just isn't fair that your mommy as to work. I wish we could all be rich and not work LOL. Tell mommy good luck with her job I sure hope it works out. You be a good boy for her ok I know you mommy loves you lots and will still have time to hold you and love and kiss you all up.

Worked about 25 years on the 11-7 shift in hospitals tried to walk the dogs everyday after work about a mile & a 4th at the park found out I when I did that it woke me up too much so went on Mondays,Wednesdays & Fridays worked out great on the other days would play fetch in the back yard tire them out a little. So they the dogs slept at night with the ole man loose in the house, then slept with me during the day had to get up to get my son from school so you do not get much sleep.Good Luck with the new job always lock your car doors & never stop for anything going to work just in the mornings much safer then.Good to have a cell phone too.
:thinik: I guess it was two years ago or so when I first posted about the dachshunds' daily schedule.
23 hrs, 50 min: sleeping
8 min: peeing or pooping
2 min: eating
That schedule still stands. Porky will sleep when you sleep, sleep when you work, sleep when you iron, sleep whenever food is not involved. :thumb:

:2funny: Thanks Karen.
I will be working from home so I will be safely locked away in our home at night with my hubby in the next room. Thanks for your safety tips though. I am planning on taking Porky for a walk as soon as I'm "off" work for the morning. I think it should work well for Porky to sleep with me during the daytime hours and sleep at night too. I just hope he doesn't get too chubby. :doah: Its been such a fight keeping his slim this year.
Im with Karen on this one, but I schedule it a little differently.
The dogs sleep 22 hours a day anyway sooo...whatever schedule you set for him really isn't going to be much of a change.
