It had been raining so was consoling Oliver that his Auntie Jane may not come up...............but she did. We went down the way she came up as Zac looked as if he was on the way up the hill. He is recoving from cruciate ligament, so we usually pick him up at the bottom of our hill. Well no Zac so assumed he had gone home to warm dry verandah, meanwhile Oliver was in one of his"what did you say Mum, thought you were talking to the other Oliver" mornings, as he had found rabbit smells. We talked and took the rugs of the boys (horses), turned and no Oliver, he usually surveys area around the yards, then when he did not come on command I though"little darling" gone back up to the spot earlier we had dragged him away from. Jane watched the paddock and I went to find said "red dog". Yipe there he was mosing back with the "I'm commmmmmming whats up". Thats when we saw Zac at the top of the hill at my place. So I said as Jane was now late for work I'd go get him. Oliver the deaf one, was of in lala land and ended up on a leash as his Mum "HAD HAD HIM" Got to the top of the hill, no Zac. walked though house in muddie trainers to get my phone and stick Oliver in the laundry. The road behind us is quite but at that time of the morning they drive like idiots, we walk it and I thought he might do the usual route, could not see him, rang Jane and as he is white he stick out, he was walking the house fence line trying to get in. So I ended up getting the car out to take him home, easier said than done as Zac is not really user friendly to pick up its the Chihuahua in him.
Janes is the house at the bottom with the red roof we are at the top on the right, so hill runner as we now call Olivers gets osme exercise

LOL I can just picture all this Roberta! Those pups do keep you on your toes. Very cool to see this perspective of where your and Janes houses are. You have to live in one of the most beautiful spots ever!!!
