Besides dat compwaint, I hab one more.  Iffen it snows in da spwing whys it calleded a winter storm?!  Its not winter anymore so shouldn't we call it just a snowstorm warning?   :dontknow:  Just an idea.

Hoping spwing comes soon.

Your loyal fan,
Porky Pie

P.S.   Any puppers dat got da white stuff yestaday or today are welcome to undersign dis petition...er...letter.

Lots of places in Wyoming got a minimum of 5-10 inches yesterday.  I think you probably read that about Jackon Hole, Wy.  They get late snows frequently.   My grandma lives in central Wyoming and has seen snow in late June before.  We live in Western Nebraska (about an hour and a half from Wyoming's Eastern border)  and snows this late are rare for us.  It has happened before, but I don't remember the last time we got snow in Mid May.  It may have been when I was very young or in my infancy.  We ended up only getting about 3 inches here, but about an hour to our west, they got 4-6 inches and the snow knocked out power.  It was a very wet, very heavy snow which is extremely rare for our area.  Normally the snows here are just white and fluffy.  Our snow melted away quickly today and we are expecting 80s next week. Talk about a change!!

Porky, I'll send you our humid 90 degrees we are supposed to have tomorrow! We have had some strange temperature ranges, too, but not quite like yours. Next week will be back in the upper 70's and low 80's. That is where I would love for it to stay all summer!

We had 3 Minnie Tornadoes in Tulsa was not by us MIL said the sirens  went off during the night it was so humid we had fans on so did not hear the siren slept right though.Very odd that Buddy did not howl at the siren they blow it everyday at noon he howls most of the time at it same siren for Tornadoes guess Buddy needs to be fired.Patches did not say a word either she was in bed with me guess they both slept though it.Porky will trade your 40 degrees for the humidity here of course not the Minnie Tornadoes would not wish them on anyone. I will blame the weather people here in Tulsa they have been whining & crying we have not had any Tornadoes for a long time.Well maybe they will shut up about them now they were going out checking all the damage no one was killed thank goodness.
