OK here we just got a little rain had the leashes in the hall with the flashlights,dogs in the house suppose to be rain all week maybe Thunder storms know the stupid Humidity is way up hate it here then it gets super HOT in the summer too.
:pray: Well, thank goodness you all are o.k.!! We were so worried I had to put the Herd in DOXICON 2! We were about to load 'em up and head 'em out for Broken Arrow, OK.

Suppose to rain & thunder storms maybe tornado's clear till next Tuesday I think,sadly we have no hideeey hole just have to go in the hall & hope for the best.Patches Mom put the leashes and flashlight s there the other evening she said only room in the closet for Buddy & I closet really little too.
Yikes!! Its so scary that you don't have a good "hidey hole." We hope those nasty tornadoes miss your area and you all stay safe this summer. Looks like you guys are going to have a crazy tornado season. We don't have a good "hiding" place here either. We live in an upstairs apartment so our best spot in the bathtub praying it doesn't hit our house. Or... if we have enough time to get there, the local library has a great shelter in their basement and they allow anyone to take refuge there with crated pets. :apls: The bad part is it takes 15 minutes to drive there.

:thumb: The safest place to go is the bathtub with a mattress over it. The plumbing in the walls and the reinforced floor help to shelter you.

Well already posted this we had 3 Minnie Tornadoes did not get us but out south of of us sirens went off we did not hear them had fans on do to the high humidity. I did hear on the news they were talking of making Storm shelters at all the trailer parks good idea should do it for apartments too,those with more than one story.Of course they should have done this years ago every where there are Tornadoes. But then people maybe doing something right for their fellow man which is not going to happen everyone for their selfs any more.Have a poor attitude I guess.

Saw this on the news at one of the houses where the Tornadoes were the Tornado picked up the roof,whole top of the house the kitchen curtains blew up all the drapes blew up then the Tornado set the top of the house back down.Trapping the curtains,drapes in the attic while still hanging on the windows.
Another house destroyed the house next door not touched has a Pottery style big vase still sitting on its porch at the house next door.
Tornadoes are unpredictable that is for sure we slept right though the sirens that went off at the fairgrounds.All the Tornadoes were south Tulsa we are midtown Tulsa,I guess just rain & lightning a little hail at our house no damage.Patches,Buddy & Papbouv
