I took drastic actions and dug up the street, here are the pictures to prove it:

Yep I dug up the street in front of the neighbors house so mom couldn't get out.

There was a sewage pipe break next door and they had the street tore up from 8 AM to 10 PM.  I could have gotten out by the other street, but the city had me blocked in with a city truck so we were home from 10 AM til 10 PM.  All is fixed now.

Wow, we are seriously impressed by your ingenious plan.  No dachsie leggies could jump over that.  Don´t know how tall your Mummy is, but bet she wouldn´t fancy jumping it either.
