I found you today while doing a search on dachshunds. My name is Jeannie and I llive in Georgia. Little Bit was my beautiful dachshund girl. She passed away last September 21st. Although I still miss her and cherish the time that we had together I am now ready for another dog. I am getting another girl next weekend.
Welcome sorry to hear of your loss its always hard when you loose a FurKid. Your new girl will keep you on your toes hope you will stay and post pictures of your new girl we love pictures.
I'm owned by a Long Haired Red girl tweenie size she is not a miniature but not a standard Patches is her name she is 4 years old,then have a honorary Dachshund he is a Black & Rust Doberman Buddy he will be 4 years old on the 28th of this month, we live in Oklahoma.

Hello Jeannie! My name is Sandi. Hubby Mark and I are owned by Maddie, who is 12 years old (black n tan smoothie mini) and Bonnie,(black n tan smoothie mini) who is 11 or something. We've had BonBon for a year and a half now. She is such a bouncy grrrrl for being an older dachsie. Miss Maddie, sad to say, has become senile and deaf. She is still a little love sponge, though and loves a good snuggle. We live on the Central Coast of CA.
I hope your new little girl will help you heal and bring you much joy. I'm sorry to hear about Little Bit.

Actually she's coming from a breeder. She is a retired breeding dog.
