Dis is Porky Pie and I had da bestest day eber!!! :headbang: First my mama and I gots to cuddle inside since its snowing again today. Den da neighbor dog Herbie camed ober and wez had to keep him safe at our house till da neighbor's got home. My mama said no tweats for him since he ran away fwom home while his mama was at werk. Don't tell her, I gab him one outta my cwate dat I hid. Anyway...we had lots of fun pwaying and den finawwy after da dark came, his mama got home. My mama and I walkeded him home and he made us fall in da snow dwift!!!! :2funny: I didn't like dat, but it sure made my mama giggle. Den wez came home and I gots to lay unda my bwankies. Wez had 6 inches on da gwound dis morning and are getting anodder 10 to 16 inches through tomorrow night. Da nice neighbor man keeps digging me potty holes. He says he misses his doxies dat live at home wif his mama. Pwus, he's a deputy so he can keeps us safe.
I hopes my buddy can run away again soon. We were gwumpy wif each odder a few times, but I fink I might like dis beagle fwiend named Herbie. His owner has twied eberyfing to keep him home, but he's a "houdini" and can slip his collar, and climb da fence. :doah: I fink he could teach me some kewl twicks. He knows how to open my cwate too. :headbang: I'm gonna enjoy my snow day tomorrow and stay home wif mama and daddy.

Tell you a story once there was a American Staffordshire terrier name of Chomps( named by my son after the movie C.h.o.m.p.s.) any way one day she was jumping up and down at the fence fell over the fence then started jumping the fence. Her momma went to extreme measures to keep her in the fenced back yard.Put a harness on her a logging chain (which she broke 3-4 times the dad welded it back together.Then Chomps got smart would roll on her back & UN fasten the snap on the chain her momma was smarter she padlocked the chain to the harness and had just a tire with out the medal middle piece in it so Chomps could still run around in the back yard.This was temporary until the dad put up a 6ft privacy fence + Chomps was inside the house allot.One should never chain any dog with only a collar too easy for them to jump the fence and hang them selves always use a harness. My sisters dog hung its self while they were at work came home to a dead dog.Papbouv
Hey Porky, I'm happy to see that you are feeling better! I hope you and Herbie the Beagle get to have lots of adventures together but, dude, stay out of serious trubbo.
Oh bless Herbie, hope he won't turn out to be a BI for you with those naughty tricks. Tell mom to take some pics of you and Herbie together.. ;)

A snow day sounds like SO MUCH FUN. I wish my mom would have one! Of course I am not allowed to do anything but lie around right now...still, I am very glad you had such a great day! Hurrah!
