mum here, she had it in her mouth tail out one end head out the other, and just looked at me with "what now" we swaped it for some ham and it ran off to be chased another day.
Rebecca-Angel :angel4: always wondered why the gecko, which she would accidently kill while chasing down, wouldn't play! She'd keep nudging its dead body with her nose or paw, "Hey, come on now, quit nappin' an let's go another time around the back yard."

We had a 130lb Akita X that would toss grasshoppers around and then pout when they died. Then he would carry them around sticking halfway out his mouth looking like cigars.
Haha she must so proud of herself. :thumb: I remember the first time Max caught a bird, he play with the little dead thing for 3 hours.

First of all....HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY!!!!!! :)So our Wee Amy has become a might lizard hunter! Toby-Man Angel would be sooooo proud of you sweet girl! He did so love to catch those lizzies.... Miss Beatrice, who was Toby-Man's best friend learned the lizard hunt from him but she has a ways to go before she gets as good as was.
They do the exact same thing Roberta, tail out one side and head out the other side of the mouth...ewwwwwww.... and of course it's a nice gift for mama. :)
