Things have been crazy around her for the last few months. Justin was laid off October 31st. :doah: And we have had 6 funerals in the last 2 months!!! Porky has been doing well, but his wheezing and allergies have been especially bad this winter. We are able to keep him calm and his "bouts" never last longer than 2-3 seconds at a time. We had to start buying him a more expensive allergy formula food, but so far it has not made a difference. His skin is not itchy so we are thankful for that! :apls: On top of all that drama, I found out today that the college I am attending decided to cancel my program today. Without telling me, giving me a warning or anything. I only have one semester left!!!! :BangHead:
I'm sorry I don't have better news to share right now, but I wanted to let everyone know we are still here and why we have been so absent for the last few months. We are staying strong and trying to find answers to Porky's allergy issues. Our next step is finding a specialist, but that will have to wait until Justin finds new employment. Thanks to everyone who contacted us while we were away from the board!! :heart:

Amorette, I am praying that things are going to get better for you and your family. I am so sorry to hear about your college canceling your program and that Justin has not yet gotten another job. I was able to get back in my college courses. Turns out there was HUGE misunderstanding and an email went out stating that 2010 classes for medical transcription, medical billing, and medical coding were cancelled. The email should have read Fall 2010 classes. :doah: The college fixed the problem and put everyone back into their classes. I should be finished March 10 or 11th!! :apls:
Porky is doing a little better now that we have some moisture in the air.
