I"m excited about getting Superman to his home. I'm so glad I could help with it and I'll try to get a few pictures of him to post. He'll be with his well deserved forever family before they know it!

It's actually tomorrow that we pick him up and drive him to Lexington. He does well with children so I'm certain Elf will love being able to pet him or at least see him! (I asked about that since she was so young.) It'll be an exciting day for everyone!

I"m just now getting a chance to post, but Superman's transport didn't happen today. It seems as though he was already in his forever home, but didn't know it! His foster mom called me this morning to tell me she'd gotten him in the car and was all packed to go and she just couldn't do it. He ended up being adopted by her instead. The important thing is he now has a forever home and is happy!
Oh wow....Well I'm glad he has a forever home. I hope the prospective new family was not turned off from adopting because this fell through though.

Patti seemed to be teary when I talked with her, but I'm not sure if she was or not. Hopefully the prospective family understood and is still willing to adopt!
