I have been in contact with Glenda (mom of the late Mickey and Andy). I email and talk to Glenda on skype regularly. She has a little rescue (not a doxie) named Chica, and they are living in Colorado. Glenda is doing great, she still has a wonderful sense of humor and has asked me to say hi to everyone on the weener board.
Hi Patty, that is great news, can you pass on our love to her please? I used to love all of her stories, Glenda was so funny.

Good question about the Potato Hounds! I surely do miss chatting with Glenda - some Saturdays, she and I would be the only two for a couple of hours... Please tell her "hello" from me, as well.

I'm so glad to hear Glenda is doing well too! She is one talented writer. I am sorry to hear of the Rooney boys :( That was SO sad when she had to give them up. Did they both go of old age? I am glad she has another canine soul to share with. Please tell her hi for Hallie and me too would love it if she would drop in on the board.
I don't know for sure if Mickey and Andy are at the bridge. I do remember when they went to live with "Cowboy" and he used to take them with him in his truck wherever he went. Next time I skype with Glenda, I will ask her about her boys.
