I hope you don't mind this, but I would like to ask you all a question and get honest answers,
As you may or may not have heard Charlie Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day for the alleged attack on his wife. I heard someone say this morning that Charlie would probably get a pass for the incident from people because well they like the bad boy image. My question to you is:
Should he get a pass due to the fact he has been known to do similar things in the past?
The reason I'm asking is that I have a blog dedicated to NBC Legal Analyst Dan Abrams and he was talking about the legal side of it on the Today Show and someone else who was on suggested he would probably get a pass. And now I want to know what you all think - I want to use the subject in a blog post. I'd like your thoughts if you have any, no names will be used, but I'd like to use comments.

I feel that the more "star" or political power/recognition a person enjoys, then the all the more that individual should be held accountable for his/her actions AND pay the penalties for those actions (and don't send them to country club jails!!). I don't find anything attractive in the "bad boy or girl" images. They are just adults still acting like 14 yr olds.
No pass anger management classes for a year along with jail time actors & actresses get away with too much as it is need the same punishment as the rest of us would. They start treating them like normal people instead of a little slap on the wrist they would become better citizens also better role models your behavior should be better than of those not in the public. Besides he he is too old to act that way.
Chuck should have his arse beat to within an inch of his life for doing what he did to a woman. Thats the worst kind of cowardice that there is...almost anyway.
I think they should use him as an example and punish him to the full extent of the law. No special favors and make sure men see what happens so they know you should be doing this crap.
Definitely no pass and no special favors!!!!!!
