Found these on WalMart.com. They look absolutely YUMMY!!!! We are going to make these for Thanksgiving this year to try something new... :thumb:
Turtle Pumpkin Pie
1/4 C. & 2 T. Caramel ice cream topping (divided)
1 HoneyMaid Graham pie crust (6 oz.)
1/2 C. & 2 T. chopped planters pecans (divided)
2 pkg. Jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding ( 3.4 oz. each)
1 C. cold milk
1 C. canned pumpkin
1 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. ground nutmeg
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping (thawed, divided)
Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust: sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
Beat dry pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin and spices with whisk until well blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip; spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining Cool Whip, caramel topping and nuts just before serving.
Serves: 10

Peanut-Butterfinger Cream Pie
1 prepared 10 in. (9 oz.) graham cracker or chocolate crumb crust
1 pkg.(8 oz.) reduced fat cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 C. Creamy peanut butter
1/2 C. Powdered sugar
1 (8oz.) tub light frozen whipped topping (thawed, divided)
4 fun size Nestle Butterfinger candy bars (divided)
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar in large mixer bowl until smooth. Stir in about 1 cup whipped topping until well mixed. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Chop 3 Butterfinger bars and fold into mixture until well distributed.
Spoon into crust. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until firm. Before serving, chop remaining Butterfinger bar and sprinkle around perimeter of pie.
Serves: 12

I was especially excited to try them when I saw that I didn't have to bake them... LOL Just haven't felt up to it lately, having problems with my gallbladder again.. They are finally going to remove it!!! YAY!!! No more pain or sickness, I really feel like life is just being drained from me.... I am going to see the surgeon on Monday. Wish me luck... :xfinger:

Sorry to hear you´ve been feeling so rotten. Surgery is never a pleasure but the relief after sure can be! Here´s hoping you´re over it quickly and back to enjoying life - and cooking - again.
