Dis is Danni, I need to know what is dis thing called a nurse? Mama said I have to be one to her since she can't get around. She lays on da couch and takes lots of naps AND I cuddle wif her, is that emough for me to do.
Marcia here: My cousins came over and painted my garage for me, they wouldn't let me do anything. I stood for awhile keeping my cousin Lynn company, but that was it. When I got up this morning the right side of my lower back went into spasms and now I keep having muscle contractions, so I'm stuck on the couch, but Danni is being so good. She lays right next to me or on my neck to keep me company. Busiest week of the month and this happens oh well I'll have to redo my schedule again.
Marcia I am so sorry to hear you hurt your back. Back trouble is such a pain in the you know what lol.
Danni I am so glad to hear you are being good for your mama just keep doing what you are doing I am sure that is all your mama wants is for you to be good and love her lots.

Have you tried Ice for about 10-15 minutes then a heating pad same amount of time.You would not think the Ice would work but it did for me sorta freezes the pain. If it continues to spasm you might have it check out I now am going to a Pain doctor 2nd time in 4 years. I think it is helping jury still out.
