Danni here,
Wast night when it was time to go to sweep I went and lay down in my bed and waited for mama to give me my good night cookie, I get one and so does Cleo. Anyway just as mama set Cleo's down Cleo got this weird look on her face and mama put her on the floor and she started to shake, mama says it was a seizure. I got scared and jumped out of my bed and went to mama, and she held me and told me it was OK, Cleo would be fine. Den mama kissed me, gave me another cookie and told me to go to sleep. Dis morning Cleo is OK.
Marcia here. Cleo did have another seizure last night and it was the first time Danni has been so close when it happened. She jumped out of bed and I wasn't sure if she wanted to help Cleo or come by me, so I picked her up. A minute later the seizure was over and Cleo was demanding food. I put Danni back in her bed and fed Cleo. This morning all is well.
Here's a funny thing though. Danni's ears have uncurled and are standing up or were until Labor Day. She took a nap and when she woke up the tip of one ear was folded back so now it looks like a hook and as of yesterday the other one did the same thing. It doesn't hurt her and she doesn't seem to mind it, but it looks really strange. I've tried taking a picture of it but Danni won't sit still long enough for me to take a picture. I call her ears the Sister Betrille fashion - remember the Flying Nun and the winded head piece she wore, well that's what Danni's ears remind me off. At least she'll be aerodynamically correct for chasing flying leaves this fall.

Poor Cleo Kitty. I am glad all is well today. Yes, would love to see a picture of Danni's ears!!!
That would be really scary. Poor Dannie was probably worried about Cleo but didn't know what to do.
I think the ears are working on standing straight up but aren't quite there yet. Danni is so cute.

Danni's personality is so big it shows through all of her pictures. You two must have a blast together! I'm sure there are times you would love for to take a long rest, but she sure is cute.
I'm glad Cleo is okay and Danni handled it well.

Like with a human baby you sleep when they nap. Danni is just a bundle of energy from the time she gets up until around 10 PM, when she goes to bed on her own.

Danni, maybe you can be Cleo's alarm when you sense a seizure? What a cutie you are!
