Dachshund Rescue of North America
Bless him, little angel, goodness only knows how he was still alive. It´s heartbreaking to see how cruel some ¨people¨ can be. Thank heavens you rescued him and he has a lovely new foster Mum now too. Bless both of you for your kindness and dedication to our wonderful breed. Murphy has a beautiful face and lovely expression beneath that suffering, he deserves a wonderful life from now on.
I can´t see the third progress pic, it´s as if it were a negative, is there any chance of you re-posting it?

Just amazing! So wonderful that he is doing better!
I'm glad to see he is doing better!!! He looks like such a sweetheart.
I agree...Murphy's progress is totally AMAZING!!! How wonderful!!!
What an amazing transformation!!! I couldn't see the third picture until I checked the photobucket link, but I could hardly believe it was the same pupper! God bless you for your heart and work for this wonderful breed!!! One of my deepest desires is to be involved in dachshund rescue one day but right now circumstances do not permit.
Now that he's got some weight and some hair on him we suspect that he's a beagle/doxie mix. But he's still a sweet dog none the less.
He truly doesn't look like the same dog. Poor pupper must have been suffering something terrible, but he looks much happier.
He has a beautiful face, I hope the rest of his life is a lot better than the start and I think it will be.
Give him a very gentle hug.
Roberta
I can't see the picture here or in photobucket?? I'm anxious to see him glad to hear he's getting so much better!

No matter the breed or mix, you have an awesome heart, and I salute and thank you for all that you and all rescuers do for all puppers! :apls:
Thats unreal! He is so handsome! Yay!
I am so happy to see Jethro/Murphy looking so good! What a handsome boy he is! It is amazing how much good the treatments have done and in such a short time. He will be adopted before we know it.
Great news
Murphy's foster mother says that he is going to his new home this Tuesday. Beth has done a great job with this little bugger, she says he's a real ball of fire and as sweet as can be.
Thank You Beth, I owe you one.....

He looks amazing. I am so happy he has found a forever home. Such a sweetie.
I pulled him and got him started on the right path. Beth another one of our DRNA members did the bulk of the work and found him a good home.
Wonderful! This little guy deserves his new forever home if ever a pup did.... Congratulations to Murphy and his new family!
I can see the Beagle in him. Great job and Congrats for his new home !
What a happy story! Murphy looks so great. No one would ever guess the condition that he was in when you picked him up. He looks great!
That is wonderful! It really is hard to believe that's the same dog. He is one of the lucky ones for sure. Thanks so much for posting the "after" pictures he looks like a love.
Ed,
That's an amazing change in this little guy! The change is so dramatic and he looks abosolutely wonderful (adorable, too).
Murphy, I hope you have found your forever home. You've earned it!
