Puppy day 3
Last night I kept the baby awake all evening in the hopes she would sleep through the night. Well after a few whimpers and whines Danni finally did fall asleep. Then this morning I was awakened to a few yikes asking to be let out of her carrier, but when I checked the carrier it was empty. Somehow she had squeezed out of the top of her soft sided carrier and taken off. Panic! Looking all over the bedroom and not finding puppy Cleo and I set off to hunt her down. Finally after checking every nook and cranny I heard another whine and there she was sitting in the bathroom doorway looking very pleased with herself. I picked her up ad after many hugs she decided it was time to play.
She is a joy to have around even though a lot of work, but she is a quick learner. And the cats? Snickers is not happy, but Cleo has accepted her and lets the puppy groom her.
Danni, don't scare your mommy like that. Marcia, I'm so glad you've got a new little friend.
