:meme: It is I, Auntie Karen with the most bizarre request!
My brother Glenn and I are going on a six week trip to England, Paris, Germany and Israel. In London we want to attend the Ceremony of The Keys, where the yoeman warder of the Tower of London locks the gate to the City every night at 9:30 p.m. They've been doing it every night for the last 700 YEARS. Tickets are free, but must be ordered at least two months in advance, and I have to send in a self-addressed STAMPED envelope with British postage on it. (Postage enough to mail from the U.K. to America.)
Does anyone know someone who lives in England who would be willing to send me British postage stamps? Any British puppers on the board? I'll be your new best friend!!! I promise to pay back in £ money as soon as I arrive on October 14th. That would be easier than sending US dollars to be converted.

Thanks, but don't worry if it doesn't work out. My friend Lorraine from Girl Scouts has put her lifelong friend on the job and it appears that the tickets are on their way here, unless the tickets get waylaid. I'll keep you posted! :wink:
