We finally decided to take akshun and got our paws on the puter to let ya'll know dat da weason our mommy has been sooooo absent is 'cuz she hasn't been vewwy fwisky wately. We tink she's had a back episode cuz she's walkin' awound like an inch worm. She's afwaid to go to da vet....er....hooman dockter cuz she's done dat afore and the dockter says dat da pain is all in her head. She's still goin' to werk (and weaving us at home) but she's not walkin' too dood. She's doin' to dit a message on her back dis week hopefully and is on wots of Tylenols.....whatebber dey are. Can you pweese send a way to two to our mommy? She's weally down in the dumpsters about her owey back. She wonders if it will ever be better again.

Most doctors tell women everything is in their heads they do not want to deal with it.Tell that doctor you disagree with him and you would like a MRI do not fool around with the CT scans MRI's are the way to go.
You just have to yell louder been in your shoes not fun at all.
Had a Total Knee 04,-10days later the most terrible butt & back pain, call my doctor said I need something else for pain nope,then went to see him said it was bursitis had me lay on a table to inject a steroid in my thigh?I screamed at the top of my lungs.Went to a chiropractor he said I had a herniated disk,. Still in terrible pain cried at night because no one believed me they thought I was a drug seeker. About 3 months later MRI showed a herniated disk 2 bulging disk Degenerative Disk Disease.Sever Spinal Stenosis = butt pain.Now they keep talking surgery I keep telling them no so still have the butt pain and my back feels like it is jammed together but do not want surgery.
Go sit on the doctors doorstep until he does something or go to another doctor.HUGS & RAYS from a fellow back pain person you are not alone.Papbouv

Oh Sandi you need to see another Dr you shouldn't have to live like this. Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right one and if any Dr says it's in your head DROP THEM! I would not put up with that. Dang I hate it that you are hurting so much. Please let us know how you are and please consider another opinion..or 10 as many as it takes!
Rays on the way, Sandi! I know my opinion about doctors who claim the pain is all in your head, should get about 5 minutes worth of the pain you feel - I am sure they would be hopping up rather quickly to find some relief!

I'm real sorry to hear this. I have just found out personally that there's nothing worse than back pain! I would find another Dr. ASAP and report the other one for bad ethics. I pray that you get some relief soon

I'm so sorry to hear about your back pain! Try a different doctor or demand to see a specialist. I hope you get the help you need, its frustrating to be told your pain is "imaginary" by a doctor. I've been there too. I'll be praying for you. :pray:

If it gets super back maybe try a minor emergency place??? Know it sounds odd but try ice then heat back and forth.
