We finally got it and put together, it is wonderful for trails. We went on a four mile walk with some friends this morning, Hallie walked part of it but I would never let her walk the whole thing anymore, (I miss those days when she would run full out our whole walk and I'd have to run as fast as I could behind her with the flexi).
She loves the stroller, it was really hot today (almost 90) and she was cool in the stroller, I laid a wet cool coat over her and behind her is a frozen water jug and I kept spritzing her with cool mist and offering her water We were roasting but when I got her out her whole body felt cool. The walk was an hour and a half and she never budged in there.
That is one nice set-up! She looks like she approves of her new wheels. That is so cool that she can still go on walks and be comfortable. I remember when we'd take Nugget-angel on walks with (then young) Gretchen and Ilsa. She loved to go but would get tired quickly. We'd end up carrying her - and she was no light-weight! They didn't have all these cool strollers back then. We tried a little red wagon but she didn't like it.
Congrats to Miss Hallie on her new set of wheels. I'm not showing this to Hilde as I don't want her to get any ideas! Way to go Miss Hallie!!!!!

Now that is the life!! I'm glad she loves her new stroller. Sounds like you all had a very enjoyable walk.
Wow! That stroller looks great and she looks so comfortable in it!
Aw she look quite happy and comfortable in there! She is a very lucky pup!
Your such a good mommy!!
What a wonderful setup!! Hallie, you sure are one lucky girl.....you look soooo comfy
What a dashing setup! How fashionable, as Sophie would say! The big tires look as though they would really offer a soft ride, aside from the pillows & etc. And how nice to walk OR ride...4 miles can be quite a hike with such dainty legs! Dee, you're a great dachsie-mommy!
Way to score with the cool stroller, Miz Hallie!
We put Parker is a stroller when we are at festivals. It lets Parker be with us, and keeps him from getting stepped on. Although some people just shake their heads.
Amy says KOOOOOOOOOOOOOOl I want one, as I'm fed up being carried by mum.
Wonder if they are available here, I'll go look at the original post, as Amy is like Ms H not to long on da footies now.

Very cool set of wheels Miss Hallie just remember you need to walk some too got to keep you young. Now you can do both walk & ride when ever you want.
It is very easy to push too and it looks to be a very smooth ride for her inside there.
Roberta I didn't see an outlet in Australia but they are selling them on eBay (I think it's Australia?)

You do have to get the conversion kit with it if you want to push it like a stroller otherwise it will only hook onto the back of a bicycle.
Awesome ride Hallie girl! You are STYLIN! :thumb: :thumb:
Your stylin', Ms. Hallie! The boys say, "how cool"! Now, they want one!
That stroller is great! Oscar poops out on walks also, and my husband sometimes carries him in a little backpack when he gets tired. Since the backpack puts him so close to my husband's head, he suffers when Oscar launches into a fit of barking from the backpack. Oscar manages to be amazingly sassy for someone being carried around in a bakcpack!
