Is still on track to hit the west coast of Florida. We are all packed and ready to go if necessary. They are now saying that it most likely will make landfall south of us (Tampa) sometime on Sunday. I still get nervous as these storms tend to wobble a bit.
Julie, Sgt. and Libby's mom is here in Tampa as well. She's been busy making preparations for her family. I guess all we can do right now is wait and hope for the best.
I will be so glad when this hurricane season is OVER!!!!!!!!
Geez - I just can't believe another is on the way.......Watching the news last night - looked like it was heading straight for Tampa - HOPEFULLY (fingers and paws crossed here) it turns and misses.......All you Floridians please be safe and don't take any chances AND please check in as soon as you can when we hear that it makes landfall.
