This is Arnie&Cinnie in Illinois! We got to go to Church yesterday(April 19) for a special pet blessing. The other puppers at our house have gotten to go before and yesterday it was our turn.
Arnie here: When we got to the church and found a place to sit I would bark at the people that was still coming in to let them know that I was there and to come over to see me!Then when the Pastor started the service with a prayer all the people said "AMEN" I barked my "AMEN"!
Cinnie here: I was a little princess at church yesterday! I sat very still on my Momma Heather's lap! When it was our turn to go up front Heather carried me and Trevor carried my baby brother Arnie! Aunty Kelly told how we came to our new forever home in Illinois! We 2 puppers are very, very happy to be here in Northern Illinois!
They sure did land in a good home. It's so cute when they bark like that. One of the field trials we went to (years ago) Ilsa did that. When it came time for the ribbons to be handed out, the announcer would name the dog and what ribbon they got and the crowd would clap as the owner carried the dog up to get the ribbon. Ilsa was quiet until everyone clapped. Then she'd BARK,BARK,BARK! When the clapping was over, she'd stop. She did this each time. When it was her turn (she won a ribbon that time), she did the same thing. As everyone clapped for her, she BARKED for herself. She was such a nut!
Great stories Kelly and Delia!
Both stories were just wonderful!!!!!
:2funny: That is so cute that Arnie made sure to bark his Amen. I love your story too Delia!
