Since today was early dismissal as we enter Easter Vacation, I decided it would be a good day to take them to school with me. Robinton didn't know a stranger - he sniffed, licked, kissed, and generally begged for belly rubs from one and all. Brekke, however, likes to do it her way. She likes to be in her crate, and come out slowly, and survey the situation before she makes her gentle approaches. Then she begged for belly rubs, too. Now, they are both here in the 'puter room snoring - teaching kiddos about sniffs and pets is hard work - not to mention supervising snacks of punch and popcorn - and sampling the latter!
Sounds like the dogs and the kids just loved it!!!
Ahhh makes me wish I were in your class! Lucky kids to get to see the B and R, I wish my teacher had done stuff like that. Don't you love it when they sleep because they are tired from doing something fun.
How fun - I bet mucho fun was had by all !!!
:apls: :apls: That sounds like so much fun :headbang:
That would be so fun for both the kids and the puppers!! One of my fondest memories is when my fourth grade teacher would bring her Parrot Freddy to school. Those days were a blast. We all howled with laughter when he would scream out "Fred is a BIG bird!" in the middle of class. :2funny:
