Title: Here's What Big Brudders are For!
Post by: DeeanDave on March 24, 2009, 06:05:06 PM
Our weather has not been the best which seems to be the norm for us all.  It's been raining here for several days now and it's cold with the wind blowing and not a lot of sunshine.  The boys are not especially happy with the weather......how dare Mom make them go out in the rain to do their business!  After all, they could possibly melt from the rain falling from the sky!  So, their choice of spending the day is under or on top of blankies and sleeping or watching out the window and being in the same room as I am!  Here are some pictures I took the other day.  Duggie just loves to sit/lay right next to Sarge or as in this one picture, right on top of him!  Sarge tolerates his younger brother even when he lays on top of him!

When those sunshine rays come out, they both take full advantage of them!

Awww...Sargey is such a good brother.   Either Z would be far less tolerant of one sleeping on top of the other.  Neck hugs, yes, but not completely squashing the other.    Rudy-angel would squash Max-angel like that.  Like Sargey, Max didn't mind.   It must be an older brother thing.

Thos are great pictures Dee!  Although I must say that the boys look like they are ready to get out in some sunshine and nice weather!  I love the look on Sargeys face in the first one!

Oh Poor Sarge! Those stinky brothers can be a pain sometimes!  I have to say I loved those pictures, and Sargey's pathetic look made me laugh. Porky's waiting for the sunshine to come back too.  It was a cruel trick to give us a 75 degree day and a blizzard the next day.    :doah:

Shouldn't the boys be in training to take on the Monster Mowers?

Great pictures, Dee.  The boys are looking great!  Hope the weather gets better so they can spend some time outside.

Hey Auntie Dee! :meme:

Auntie Karen makes dose blankies too!  She used to do dem with the Brownies.  What dimensions do you make the fringe?  She has some blankies she got in the mail an' she wants to fold dem an' fringe dem for us an' for her to put on chairs for da C-A-T.

They should be but it is still too cold, rainy, windy, muddy, and wet for them.....they don't like the wet mushy ground.  And, we are still getting snow off and on.....so no training yet!

Merlin,

I allow for a 3 inch fringe...that gives plenty of room to tie the knot and usually about an inch wide.  That is cool that you are going to have fringe blankies!
