Auntie Karen:
Well, I finally got a copy of Dog Fancy and read Johanna's story. What a bittersweet story, but thank goodness she now has a loving forever home. Loved the picture.
Paul - Do you ever heard from the kids who bought her the cart?

JOHANNA ROCKS! As does her hoofamily!
My in-laws are in Houlton Maine. Actually they were here in florida with me from Christmas until two weeks ago...yeah...that's another story for another time. They went back to Mooseville just in time for this storm.
There's a saying about summer in Maine.... three weeks of bad snowmobiling! HA!
Yes, I know the school teacher and have spoken with her many times. Last year the kids in her class all made cards and sent them to us. Kathy Barton and her 4th grade class are the greatest!
Houlton is just 93 miles up the road from us and I have been there many times. The summer in Maine is as wonderful as it is short. We live for the days of sun and 70 degrees throughout the long winter. Summer is just a few months away now!
Johanna, you little sweetheart! You deserve your celebrity status. Smooches to you and all your brothers and sissies....and James too.
