have been watching the news concerning flooding in your state. Is that happening in Greenacres? I sure hope not. Please take care.

Mother Nature is forming new lakes......our backyard is a mess from all the melting snow forming actual pools of water which still has ice under them. The area for the furkids in the back has now gotten much smaller -- they have the deck and one very small area....off towards the gate that is not water logged to do their business. The front is in much better shape so I have been putting them on their leashes and taking them out to do their business in the front. The roads all have huge amounts of water standing on them -- the road that we use to get the the main roads has a "lake" which is very hard to drive through. The storm drains are all still covered and the water has no where to go except to stand on the road. It's not a pretty site and driving is somewhat tricky to avoid all the water -- the puddles are not little and they are deep.
We do live a mile from the Spokane River but so far no danger for us with that. The homes that are right on the river are in danger of flooding.
We're trying to stay dry.......
Oh my goodness....if it's not one thing, it's another! Poor Sarge and Duggie....Glad you are not too close to the River. I feel sorry for everyone who is going through all the flooding. Please stay safe and dry.
I have been wondering about you too! I was hoping and praying that you weren't going through the floods. We'll pray that it stays that way. :pray:
OMG, the poor boys hardly have a place to do their business. I am glad that you are not in the flooded area. With the snow melting and then turning to ice, please be so careful driving. Take care, stay dry and stay warm. Smoochies to the boys and hugs to all.

Glad to hear you guys are doing OK. I've been hearing about your state and wondering about you and DD and Hallie. She emailed me yesterday, saying she's never flooded where she is but everyone was sandbagging and businesses and schools were closing early. I haven't heard from her today. I'm hoping it's because she's busy.
